I established OE&H to bring a professional level of service to residential customers in the Southern Maryland area.  I hold a Maryland Home Improvement Contractor's License (#90145) and I am certified as a job site responsible person for Erosion and Sediment Control by the Maryland Department of the Environment.   The emphasis at OE&H is on providing working solutions not just a quick fix.  OE&H uses lighter weight compact equipment designed to go where traditional heavy machinery either won't fit or will create an unacceptable level of collateral damage.  Concentrating on the residential market allows OE&H to accept many of those "smaller jobs" that the big contractors don't seem to be interested in.  OE&H has developed relationships with other reputable high quality local companies and can refer you in case one of your needs is outside of our scope of work.  Please call
